To qualify for a replacement or refund (to your original form of payment) please contact customer service at Care@Noella-B.com within 14 days of your original order shipment date. Please include a picture of the product in question, your original order number, and reasons for dissatisfaction.
We are unable to give a refund or store credit on items that have been opened.
If your products are unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it, you may qualify for a refund within 14 days of your order date. Please see the process below to inquire about a return and refund.
Return & Refund Process:
- E-mail us at care@Noella-B.com with the reason for your return.
- Once you receive approval of your return, send the products to the address that will be provided in our email response. Ensure you have your order number written on the shipping box.
You are responsible for paying shipping costs associated with your return. We recommend you keep your shipping receipt and tracking number, in the event that we do not receive your product.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened products
- Sale items - sale items cannot be refunded however, we are happy to exchange or provide store credit for unopened items.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Defective Merchandise
If there are problems with your order, send us an email at care@Noella-B.com with your order number and a picture of the defective product. If your order qualifies, you will either receive a replacement or store credit for your order.
